Event overview
The African Export–Import Bank (Afreximbank), in collaboration with Russian Export Center and the Roscongress Foundation, will hold the first-ever Russia–Africa Economic Forum as part of events around the Russia-Africa Summit being hosted by the Russian Federation in Sochi, Russia, from 23 to 24 October 2019.
The Forum, expected to be attended by Heads of State, representatives of Russian, African and international businesses, and government agencies as well as of international organizations, will serve as a platform for the development and strengthening of trade and investment relations between Africa and Russia. Issues to be discussed include market opportunities, investment incentives, policies and regulations, trade as well as trade and investment financing windows.
