CANEX WKND 2022: Abidjan Hosts a Bevy of Stars and Experts

Within the framework of CANEX WKND, billed to hold from 25 to 27 November 2022, at Sofitel Hôtel Ivoire, Abidjan, a constellation of personalities is expected. From the business community, film and many other sectors, these personalities will speak during panel discussions, roundtables and masterclasses.

A multitude of influential people, experts and stars will converge on Abidjan, on the occasion of CANEX WKND, scheduled to hold from 25 to 27 November 2022, at Sofitel Hôtel Ivoire. The event will showcase creative industries from Africa and its Diaspora, bringing together some of the greatest names in the creative sector, as well as experts, brands and opinion leaders from Africa and the Diaspora.

The personalities, who will participate in various panel discussions, masterclasses and roundtables, which will enhance this major event, include, among others, Professor Bruce Onobrakpeya (Nigeria), Didier Drogba, Retired Professional Football Player, (Côte d’Ivoire), Alex Okosi, Managing Director of EMEA Emerging Markets, YouTube (Nigeria), Elvis Adidiema, Director of Sony Music French-Speaking Africa (DRC), Abdul-Karim Abdullah, Founder and CEO of Culture Management Group (CMG) and Afrochella Festival (Ghana).

Personalities such as Magali Ohouens, Modern Arts Specialist & Exhibition Coordinator at Cécile Fakhoury Gallery (Côte d’Ivoire), Armando Cabral, Founder and Creative Director of Armando Cabral (Portugal), and  Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Author (Nigéria), among many others, will attend the event.
