INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
SOCIAL MEDIA, DIGITAL MARKETING, AND WEBSITE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The African Export-Import Bank (“the Bank” or “Afreximbank”) is a pan-African multilateral financial institution headquartered in Cairo, Egypt, established to provide financing solutions and advisory services for the expansion, diversification, promotion, and development of Intra- and extra-African trade. Afreximbank seeks to enhance its digital presence and engagement across social media, digital marketing, and website platforms.

Afreximbank relies heavily on digital platforms to communicate its mandate, initiatives, and activities to stakeholders worldwide. Effective management of its social media channels, digital marketing campaigns, and website is critical to enhancing the Bank’s visibility, reputation, and stakeholder engagement.

For this purpose, the Bank is inviting expressions of interest from reputable firms with demonstrated expertise in developing and executing robust digital strategies tailored for the African market while adhering to international standards for all the following services:

  1. Social Media Management
  2. Digital Marketing
  3. Website Management
  4. Branding and Creative Development
  5. Content Marketing
  6. Paid Advertising
  7. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  8. Email and CRM Campaigns
  9. Data Analytics and Reporting

Firms making submissions should include the following information in their expression of interest and attachments should be marked accordingly:

  1. Company profile, registration, location, and ownership structure;
  2. Proof of experience in undertaking similar projects over the past five years;
  3. Proof of registration as a service provider with relevant authorities;
  4. Proof of technical and managerial capacity to handle a project of this magnitude.
  5. If applicable, a memorandum of joint venture; and
  6. Audited annual financial statements for the past three years.

The expression is intended to facilitate the compilation of a shortlist of suitably qualified companies to be invited to tender for the respective services. The Bank will not be responsible for any costs associated with responding to this advertisement. Submissions should be emailed to procure@afreximbank.com no later than April 11th 2025, at 17:00 hours GMT. At the discretion of the Bank, a separate Request for Proposal (RFPs) will follow the Expression of Interest process. Only qualifying companies will be invited to take part in the RFP process.
