Job Summary
The Senior Analyst, Human Resources Operations (Data Entry, Analytics & Reporting) supports the effective delivery of HR operations through accurate HR data management, analytics, reporting, and governance of HR information systems. The role serves as a focal point for HR data integrity, onboarding data capture, records management, and audit support, ensuring reliable and compliant HR information to support decision-making across the Bank.
Key Responsibilities
HR Information Systems & Data Management

Act as the HR data management specialist responsible for the organisation, maintenance, and retrieval of HR data from the HRIS.

Serve as the first escalation point for HR data corrections, liaising with IT where required.

Ensure timely and accurate updates of employee records, contract renewals, and personnel actions.
HR Reporting & Analytics

Prepare HR dashboards and metrics for monthly, quarterly, and annual HR/Management meetings.

Provide ad-hoc HR reports and MIS support for insurance, budgeting, audits, and due diligence.

Act as Champion for the Group HR Monthly Report, coordinating inputs across HR units.
Onboarding & Employee Data Administration

Serve as the primary recipient of Bank-wide personnel action forms in HRIS.

Liaise with Talent Acquisition to ensure new joiner data is accurately captured and validated.

Ensure onboarding and contract renewal data is recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
HR Records Management & Confidentiality

Act as the HURE Records Management Champion across all HR units.

Coordinate access controls with HR Unit Leads to maintain confidentiality and data protection.
Quality, Compliance & Audit

Conduct regular reviews of HR data to identify and correct discrepancies.

Ensure adherence to data protection, confidentiality, and HR governance standards.

Serve as the key HR Operations contact for internal and external audits and payroll data requests.
Other Duties

Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Relevant postgraduate qualification required.

Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
Years & Nature of Experience
-
Minimum 3 years’ practical HR experience, preferably in HR Operations or HRIS.

Proven experience using HR data and reporting tools.

SAP and SuccessFactors exposure is critical; Oracle/Workday is an advantage.

Strong MS Office skills, especially advanced Excel.

Excellent communication skills in English; French, Arabic, or Portuguese is an advantage.
