Job Summary
To provide professional administrative management services to the Bank’s Office in Abidjan, ensuring that operations run efficiently and in compliance with Afreximbank’s policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee Branch Facility Management, ensuring safety, maintenance, and service contracts.

Manage Office Services including reception, telecoms, courier, procurement, and supplies.

Supervise Travel and Transport, Protocol, and Records Management functions.

Coordinate Construction and refurbishment projects with AATC.
-
Oversee Branch ICT Support in collaboration with HQ INTE Department.

Lead Vendor Performance Management, financial disbursement, and petty cash handling.

Ensure business continuity planning, aligned with Bank’s global BCCP protocols.

Liaise with government agencies and diplomatic missions on protocol and immigration matters.

Provide HR administrative support to ensure implementation of HURE initiatives at the branch.
Requirements: Qualification & Experience

A first degree and postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administration or business support services within a financial or international institution.

Experience in construction/facility management and vendor contract administration.

Knowledge of SAP and other support service systems will be an advantage.

Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; French/Arabic/Portuguese is an advantage).
