The following transactions are eligible for financing by the Bank:

1. All eligible exports of Participating States; 
2. All eligible imports of Participating States, that is, export-generating imports, including raw materials, equipment, and spare parts; infrastructure goods and equipment; and other essential items;
3. Intra-African trade in Eligible Items;
4. South-South trade in Eligible Items; and
5. All eligible imports of Non-Participating States from Participating States.
